Resume:

To whom it may concern,

Jim Fleegel was employed for Lone Star Steak in Anchorage Alaska for several years around 2001 to about 2008.

We were growing sales during this time with over 4 million annually and were always the highest volume sales restaurant in the Lone Star chain. Jim started as a server over a short time moved up to day time shift supervisor. He often over saw all operations when other managers were off. Jim at times was better at running operations then some managers we had during that time. I don’t feel I need to go into everything Jim did well, but I will say this. Jim was one of our best employees and maybe the best for much of his time with us. We always had up to 120 employees on staff and many were exceptional. Jim was exceptional in his reliability, working extra hours and guest relations. We were lucky to have Jim on our team.
