Over 10 years clerical experience, including secretary to department head. Over 30 years at USAA in the insurance industry, securing the position of Adjuster.

PORT SUTTON, OFFICE

Assisted department head in successful compilation of cost analysis of domestic and international transit and oil transactions. Responsible for accurate payroll for all ship associates.

07/1976 – 01/2007

ADJUSTER, USAA

Started as secretary and worked my way up to licensed adjuster, including SCLA (Senior Claims Law Associate) degree. Position was critical for large property claim losses ($100,000+) storm mitigation determination with check writing authority for up to $50,000.

I held several positions at USAA, all were customer oriented and customer service.

03/2008 – 04/2011

SALES ASSOCIATE, TAMPA BAY SEWING CENTER

Retail experience, demonstrating and selling high end embroidery and sewing machines, designs and notions. Increased sales and delivery by high performance and key product drivers.

Responsible for execution of legal documents and submission to various courts for legal action in Florida and other states.
