I have the responsibility of preparing weekly schedules and weekly sales plan to our current ads. Responsile to maintain highest customer service while coaching my employees to maintain companies standards and expectations. Write orders for entire department while delegating department leads to being able to complete certain orders in which their responsible for on a weekly basis. Throughly completing paperwork and posting daily. Manage five full-time employees and use three part-time employees on a weekly basis. Communicate with my store management team on a daily basis. When necessary communication with district (zone) staff as needed..

Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following demonstrations. I've been known to have cleanest meat department for many years by district (zone) staff as well as Health Department and Ecolab which grades our department six to seven times yearly. Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers. I have the responsibility of building each display mandated by the company, while also communicating to related departments.

Transport, assemble, and disassemble materials used in presentations. I am certified on equiptment used to unload products from delivery trucks. PED and OSHA certification passed.

Identify interested and qualified customers to provide them with additional information. I maintain great relationship with store customers and always engage and greet them on daily basis. I give customers suggestions on the dinners and parties plus sample products for them as well. In return I am constantly receiving highest scores daily from customer survey.

Train demonstrators to present a company's products or services. Constantly training my staff of employees on companies changing policies.

Change or rotate window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion. Lead our stores on seasonal promotions and display changes. My responsibilities are making out weekly schedules for 3 weeks in advance according to home office budgets. Maintain only the higher specs for the company so our members know when they shop our products are consistant on an everyday scale. Responsible for the overall finances and upkeep of the store while maintaining the highest level of guests/customer service. All hirings and seperations come through my office. Controlling shrink and maximizing profits is the highest of priorities beside customer service.

Casey’s purchased Pilot C- Stores within Knoxville area.

My responsibilities include day to day operations of a convenient store that is slated for a huge remodel during first quarter of the year. With the addition of adding on our restaurant I will have over 25 associates to maintain and to train in food safety and will work hand in hand with the health department of Knoxville to maintain only the highest quality of food for our guests and customers.

I have an extensive background in “FRESH” food over the last 25 years and have always had a great reputation within the previous companies for only excepting the highest and purest quality of food for our guests.I’ve dealt with shrink, profits and losses for the entire 25 years. I have trained a lot of associates over the years that have became assistant or department managers. Several team leads have been placed in lower levels of management as well. I absolutely love training young associates and see them flourish in their careers.

Realized along time time ago that everyone has strengths and weaknesses and my job was to make their weaknesses into a strength by coaching, teaching and proper training. Food safety certified is essential to having a clean department and store.

My years of experience is a strong feature that I am proud of and continue to want to learn and grow as a manager.
