CHENIERE ENERGY SABINE PASS LNG TERMINAL, Cameron, LA 2014 – 2018 PROJECT CONTROLS ADVISOR

Initially hired from consulting engagement to regain control of $43B complex operational readiness schedule. Upon hire, took over $100M in internal and external infrastructure builds.

Led implementation of web-based portal with dashboard reporting and analytics, which slashed status reporting on ~9,000 line items from 30 days to 30 minutes (leading to initial offer of employment).

Directed $5M build of four helicopter pads in swamp area to support presidential visit; completed four-month project in 17 days during rainy period.

Secured 85 contractors across the US within 12 hours plus all dump trucks and a rock carrier within four-county area.

Turned around underfunded, underperforming design-build of security infrastructure project valued at $42M.

Designed new, state-of-the-art, $23M operations and maintenance building on existing footprint and $5M parking lot on prior helicopter pad with controlled access points to accommodate 300 additional employees. Hired from two-month consulting engagement and relocated to Peru to provide programmatic expertise to manage oversight of copper mine startup; directed construction, project controls, design, risk, and subcontractor management.

Turned around $1.87B new copper mine commissioning project that was six months behind schedule.

Reprogrammed budgeting and scheduling; mentored multinational team of 17 on methodologies, tools, and capabilities to bring project back on track.
