I started as a box thrower in inbound, but due to high productivity, I moved up to become a Dock Desk Clerk. I manage multiple monitors, coordinate trailer movements, and oversee item tracking in our dock team Excel sheet. I also handle communication with the warehouse team via the "quip" system.
