Minimum of 5 years MS SQL Server development experience. Minimum of 5 years MS SQL Server database administration experience. BA or BS degree preferred.

Experience with the installation, configuration and support for MS SQL Server 2012 or newer. Experience implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions within MS SQL Server. Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS or Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Analysis Services. Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and query optimization. Experience with Azure SQL, Azure SQL Managed Instance and Synapse. Experience in PowerShell scripting.

Experience in an enterprise level production data center environment managing enterprise class MS SQL Server databases. Experience in proactively monitoring database health, repairing deadlock errors, executing maintenance packages, monitoring s pace and indexing strategy. Experience in both OLTP databases and OLAP/data warehousing. MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Oracle experience desired but not required. Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
