In this company I was in charge of making calls to make appointments with the homeowners, accompany my partner and show a presentation of the benefits of solar panels, make closing sales and follow up on the settlement process. I'm a janitorial clean offices doing desk disinfection, collect trash, throw it into the dumpster, clean office cafeterias, clean building entrance, clean glass. LED Life is a small business started by my husband and myself. We install LED lighting, which is affordable and convenient, in the homes of our customers. Despite the setbacks of COVID-19, we have maintained strong relationships with our customers and have continued to grow our reach within the community. I budget, plan, and set internal policies to increase productivity. In the small business it is also sale of Led lighting in mechanical workshops and different businesses specialized in cars! I was a key player in maintaining solid relations with representatives from other companies. I sold internet services, cable, and phone services. I met with existing customers and prospects to discuss business needs and recommend optimal solutions.

In Zacatecas, we offered free services to the members of our community. I was brought onto the team as the Director of Community Development. We offered English classes, legal services, cooking classes, computer courses, and activities. The purpose of these classes and of the Community Center was to provide for the needs of the families to encourage them to become more self reliant, find better employment, and also better educational opportunities. I find great joy working with the members of my classes and was proud to contribute to the growth of my community.

I was hired by the City Council in Zacatecas, Mexico to teach a financial planning and accounting class to members of my community. Not only was I able to use my knowledge of budgeting, spending, and financial planning, but I was also able to work with the members of my community who needed assistance. I cheerfully and warmly welcomed each student into my class to help them according to their individual needs. I also helped them to implement the resources and programs offered by the community into their personal financial efforts.
