Resume:

Project Director, Performance Development & Leadership

As Project Director, the responsibilities, leadership, and development "It's important to acknowledge the skills and contributions of every member of our team."s for implementing contracts for energy service projects, low-income programs, State programs, CAP agencies, and sub-contractors from Maine, NJ, and NY to the West Coast required continuous learning and adaptive management to succeed. Performance contracting methodology has similarities to Agile but a different industry’s needs may look different, but the feedback and flexibility with decision-making moved out to crew is proficient. Team building, training in the performance pay system, Analysis weekly using data input and spreadsheets, and directing the production, safety, quality, all office operations, and customer service, lead to Project Director of the Year. Collaboration between utility company representatives, sub-contractors, vendors, and the corporate office, as well as my management of all objectives and interests for everyone’s improvement, created solid business relations. The multiple state safety regulations, OSHA, fitting up offices, reaching out to the local community, and onboarding of employees around the country are always new, exciting, and rewarding. Expanding for seven years, managing new West Coast offices, staffing leadership in Oregon, Washington, and 5 offices in California, our teams met every challenge. The Completion of projects over nine years comprised an average of 5 supervisors and 40 field and marketing workers (industrial Athletes). The maintenance of 12 – 15 vehicles at each project provided comprehensive installations of up to 50 improvements to 23,500 customers. Project Directors roll, lead all teams, ensure everyone around them succeeds, and provide stakeholders with cost-effective results in line with the vision they saw, a successful product, service, and good customer service, a win-win. Athletes, raising good kids, coaching thousands of kids, volunteering, multiple business start-ups, working and leading employees to succeed and believing that with systems, technology, and supporting people, everyone succeeds!

Daily Analysis, projections, time management, developing teams, and directing operations, aligned with the vision and company goals; I trained teams to strive and meet and exceed industry standards. Humble confidence, stakeholder experiences, and my vision bring pride and purpose to planning, training, proficiency, and a safe equal work environment while assuring an organized consistent flow of information and administration for one facility or multiple, allowing others to grow around me. Constant education in Technology, (Kareo, Revit, tableau, teams, zoom, outlook, custom databases, Microsoft, lotus, excel, payroll sys) while effectively executing Priority Management Systems, improvement builds confidence, keeps up morale at each project. Motivated workforces all projects and leadership align, producing cost-effective, comprehensive projects building in quality and service, drives my work ethic. Collaboration between Senior leadership, directors, and workers throughout operations creating innovative ideas, resolutions to hurdles building confidence assists all teams with decision-making around operations, quality, and customer service needs. American Council for Energy Efficiency Education, “ACEEE”, Vol., 6 on Policy published my paper providing a successful blueprint with references to building a performance-driven organization, building in cost-effective, comprehensive, quality-oriented design so contractors and non-profits implementing low-income projects for state agency and utility (DSM) programs nationwide, could bring cost-effective savings to money spent, brings success to the ratepayer, customer and especially the local workforces it helps the communities with providing a new work ethic, performance contracting, and performance systems that can apply to almost any business.

Additional Information

The daily and weekly responsibilities of supervising and directing five offices, negotiating sub-work, office construction projects, costs, and expectations while working with vendors, and equipment, manufacturing new products improving efficiency, and using just-in-time inventory is fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding. Volunteering in my community as vice president for LJAL (junior athletic league), I coached for nine years. I opened a sporting goods store after I became ill, which was a rewarding time. While improving my health I was overseeing the training of new coaches, scheduling 20 – 30 teams each season, and organizing 400 kids and 900 parents. It was always a challenge but, I had to resign from my normal work due to tumors around my spinal cord. Working for several years Remotely, communications are somewhat effective, but, una I am Ie to travel extensively, and I endedI my time mutually with SESCO & QCS. After working with the State for 3 months my director and myself parted ways amicably and I enrolled at,Cornell University to refresh myself on the newest Technology, management systes and I have completed certifications in systems design, project management, leadership, Project management 360, I am a PMI member, Priority Management Systems member, local legion, local PMI branch, and am waiting to hear on the PMP exam. My work ethic, excitement for continuous learning, and leading the growth of all of those around me are all positive, but having my project or program and teams, become my purpose allow us all to succeed.

Successful run over 13 years managing projects and training new managers, was a combination of up-and-coming technology through outlook, lotus, and priority management systems and a performance system where we built in quality to the program, production, and customer service, and each worker was given the freedom to succeed, manage your pay by your work ethics, and for me, it’s the most impressive system for management of personnel, and the multiple projects, multiple states, every demographics local residence became future team leaders, creating consistent practices, systems with a motivated workforce allowed the opening of offices nationwide succeeding in LA, SD, San Fran, Salem OR, Washington state as well as back east. To be directly responsible for 2 field offices in NJ, assist with all aspects of management in 3 offices in California, and remain the Northeast director and corporate secretary for our sister company while running a National Training Center, like Agile and Scrum have done for the tech., industry, performance contracting, and systems allowed our company to grow and succeed nationally. My publication with ACEEE in the policy section vol 6 is an excellent blueprint for the government's interest in energy conservation and programs because in head-to-head competition everywhere in the country, our programs succeeded in every aspect because of the workers competing, assisting, and controlling their success through work ethics and excellent customer service.
