I am in charge of making sure the front office runs smoothly and follows protocols for scheduling, inputting referrals, checking benefits, and obtaining authorizations from insurance. I oversee scheduling changes for the providers.

Since starting here the office had gone from a 30% copayment collection rate to 99% All charts are now accurate and have all the information that is required by insurance. Previous to me starting they had maybe a 50% accuracy. During my time our schedule has consistently remained full, and cancelation and no show rates have dropped considerably. And, our billing denials have decreases substantially as well. When I started there was no policy and procedure information clearly stated.
