• Full life cycle B2C and B2B information technology management comprising of cold/warm selling/up-selling, business development, accounting, and technology implementation of small to medium size business’ software, hardware, and network infrastructure.

• Daily production reporting/generation for upper management relating to processor inbound/outbound phone calls; fundings; initial submissions, conditional approvals, final approvals, appraisal reviews, fundings, and average turn times per processor.

• Have developed excellent customer service skills in relation to selling new products/services, retention, and up-selling in working with multi-ethnic and high-profile clients.

• Proficient with the full life-cycle of the loan process comprising but not limited to: intro calls; collecting documentations for initial/conditional/final underwrite; resolving credit, title, notary and appraisal concerns; generating loan docs for notary closing; reviewing/analyzing signed loan docs for efficient funding; managing/sending/retrieving on-time CD’s; VOI; VOE; escrow docs; and everything else required to create a great experience for the customer.

• Proficient in generating, analyzing, and resolving AUS reports for DU/LP and other agency requirements relating to Non-QM and Non-Agency Jumbos; credit, title (liens/judgements), appraisal, underwriting, funding, escrow, bankruptcies, and many other processes throughout the full loan life cycle.

• Proficient in processing/managing Conventional (R/T & Cash-Out); FHA (Full Doc/Streamline), VA (Full Doc/IRRRL), Non-QM, and Non-Agency Jumbo loans utilizing Fannie/Freddie guidelines (DU/LP).

• Proficient utilization of local/online tools such as, LexisNexis, Encompass, Empower, various appraisal sites (Class Valuation, Solidifi), title (Title365, First American, Vantage Point Title, Fidelity National, ServiceLink, and WFG National), and credit (Factual Data) tools relating to liens/judgements/trust/bankruptcies etc.
