● Separated the business from the parent company ahead of schedule, including systems migration, formation of a top-notch executive team, and led the design of more efficient shared services.

● Optimized productivity in service and delivery by reducing 800+ FTEs with a new depot footprint.

● Grew top-line by $200MM and brought EBITDA from -7% to +3% with an NOI swing of $100MM, and set a strategic 3-year plan to become a true digital omnichannel retailer.

● Accomplished this while updating route computers to a cheaper consumer-grade 5G model, implemented telematics for real-time driver safety monitoring, and dynamic routing to fulfill same-day.

● Migrated from a single DC to an outsourced regional model with greater flexibility and lower costs, including fulfilling last-mile delivery for 3rd party retailers such as Costco, Pet Plate and Raised Real.

● Responsible for the entire operational value chain supporting 380 depots across the US staffed by 4,300 employees generating $700MM in revenue offering home-delivered food.

● Developed and executed major outsourcing initiatives for a 3,300-truck propane fleet and customer contact center, both completed on time and with continuous improvement initiatives underway.

● Re-engineered the entire route system to maximize route sales productivity, drive customer service improvements and reduced $130MM in OPEX spend over three years.
