Review Accord, Subpoena, Attorney, Construct defect, photos, and first note of loss documents from claimants, agents, and attorneys before setting up claims

Review documents for the Personal Lines department email from Clamant Carriers, Attorney Offices, Insured, and Claimant

Monitor Personal Lines Inbox make sure the documents are associated to the claim correctly 15-20 daily email request

Reassign Personal Lines claims to Legacy and Fastrack Adjusters
