Monitored Cerner's software application, Millennium Health Services Information Systems(HSIS) Informatica PowerCenter Jobs(750+).

Managed on-call Production support rotation which includes Monday Weekly Maintenance in Dev and Production (stop and startup SAP B/O Services, checked B/O scheduled reports), and reviewed Tableau Backups status.

Prepared and sent 3 daily emails (AM, Midday, PM reports) on status of IICS, PowerCenter (PC), SAP Business Objects(B/O), Tableau, and Oracle Databases 19C to EDW Teams and Administrators (on-call Production support). In addition, reviewed, researched, and resolved errors and coordinated with developers where applicable on the issue and identified and made recommendations.

Coordinated with the Server Team to apply patches and upgrades on Virtual Machines (VM) and non-VM. Part of the upgrades, apply certificates (Jenkins, Git) and update/setup new connections. Also, granted permissions(add/update/delete) to developers pending software (PowerCenter, IICS, B/O, Tableau).

Participated in IICS code review (includes SQL and PL/SQL) with EDW Developer(s) prior to deployment (via Jenkins from one environment to another). Also managed Business Intelligence SAP B/O deployment via 360 Suite-Wiiisdom and Tableau (data source/workbooks) via Snowflake Server.

Created new robust shell scripts to call new PL/SQL to monitor specific Workflow and send an email to my group when wait time exceeded 3 hours. Replaced current process of reading from Millennium with Informatica PowerCenter Repository.

Modified B/O of approx. 350 reports to format email addresses to UAB standards and best practices. In addition, in PowerCenter performed analysis and review Workflows (worklets, sessions) dependencies of approx. 600-700 interfaces. Dependencies were documented. Work in SharePoint to upload new/updated documents. Add and/or update assigned tasks in APEX and/or Azure DevOps.
