Experience in all phases of the statistical production process: data collection, project design, production, analysis and dissemination of statistics, both in the public and private sector, for regional, national and international organisations. Experience in high-level management of statistical offices.

Working experience with different statistical systems in transition and developing countries. Experience in PHARE, MEDA, TACIS and CARDS projects as Team Leader and Key Expert, including the management of a pool of short-term experts and the financial management of budgets (preparation of tenders under the incidental expenditure budget, preparation of ToR for short-term experts, reporting to the Beneficiary, etc.)
