• Administer and account for all expenses via employee credit cards monthly.

• Manage Equipment payments for well over $5M in equipment which is constantly being updated.

• Researched, compared, implemented, trained and system expert for a vehicle asset mobile app which houses and tracks individual vehicle service records, IFTA Tax fuel reporting, State Inspection and Emissions for over fifty-five Pickup trucks, service truck, Semi Trucks and Semi- Trailers.

• Complete monthly Borrowing Base document for the bank which includes, but not limited to Grain-In-Transit Inventories, Grain on Hand Inventories, Hay/Straw Inventories, Prepayment and Application of all Fertilizer, Chemicals and Seed, as well as monthly harvesting statistics during harvest times.

• Monthly reporting to owner including AR/AP, P&L and Balance Sheet accompanied with any analysis needed.

• Administer bidding process for yearly On-Road Diesel, Off-Road Diesel and Propane usage and weekly reporting to owner.

• Effectively work side by side with owner on all AdHoc projects customer service and reporting.

Customer performance is validated by various means of reporting for Dollar Channel, Mass, Vending, Concession, Fundraising, and Special Trade Channels. The total yearly payments are approximately 700 or about $33M.

• Ownership of Yearly Convenience Store program completing all calculations, audit functions and semi-annual rebate payments. Utilize a large volume of data filtered through Access Databases prepared prior to the payment file being communicated to Hershey. Yearly payments in this program approximately $21M while working close with Field Sales and Third Party Contractor.

• Work closely with the Sales Force to calculate and process complex Custom Contract payments in a timely manner.

• Complete Annual Promotional Events Audit ensuring accuracy of payments, execution in the correct performance period through careful review of events, customers, programs and payments.

• Obtains and analyzes large amounts of data while working closely with various levels of Sales and Finance Management addressing issues and implementing recommendations.
