Developed and implemented Workers Compensation strategy that resulted in returning 150 employees back to active work (Steel) and $3.5 Million savings in one year.

Co-Developer in transitioning several Conglomerate companies to self-insured medical insurance program that resulted in estimated $2-5 Million cost reduction annually.

Planned and conducted critical labor agreement negotiations with Union to reduce operating expenses by $35 Million annually – required savings to allow Company to be sold (Steel) and to be released from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Established successful captive management recruitment organization to service Conglomerate companies (reduced placement fees) – with 50% of placements and commissions from outside sources.
