Greet and screen everyone who enters into our community, ask them to sign our guest/visitor log and give

directions to residents apartments. Answer phones, take names and contact information for perspective

move-in leads for the marketing person to follow-up, send emails, trouble shoot situations when senior

residents approach my desk with internal issues, schedule Dr. app's, schedule transportation, type menus

for kitchen, residents, and community. Put in work orders, cleaning and disinfecting lobby every hour to

eliminate spreading of germs and keep the Hospitality Station stocked, clean, and fresh coffee and cold

drinks. Keep a check on needed supplies and order as needed. Sell lunch/dinner tickets account for the

cash box, and chart the sales and charge meals. Documentation of everything that occurs during shift,

as well as charting all activities resident's participate in as well as put out and keep track of sign-up lists.

Then copy and place all copies of participation lists on

Lifestyles desk and assistant's desk, and all other management team members. Working in extremely

high levels of stress with residents whom had dementia and onset alzheimers. Give the bus driver his daily

bus/transportation schedule and assist him by calling residents to remind them of their app's also radio

the care associates to remind them of their residents timeline to get them ready to ride bus for doctor

appointments. Also assist the Lifestyles team in any set ups for their daily activities. Notifying the resident

services team when a call button/safety pendant is pressed to go assist their residents. I also phone

emergency medical teams in case of emergency and for non-emergency lift assists. Make schedules, and

fill in as needed for Concierge's when staff call in or no call no show for their perspective shifts. Maintain

communication with my concierge team and the whole Lyndale team within the community to better

serve our residents within our community.
