To develop establish and implement HSE MS Plan, Risk Management, Emergency Response, Field Execution and HSE Performance & Compliance activities during all phases of the projects.

Ensure compliance with relevant HSE Codes of Practices and other applicable HSE requirements, as well as HSE MS related policies, plans, procedures and guidelines, and implementation of HSE inspection and audit.

Develop and implement the project HSE MS, Review, evaluate, and analyze contractors/Subcontractors’ work environments and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injury, ill-health.

Direct the preparation and timely issue of all HSE reports including accidents / incidents.

Ensure to Implement LSR Life Saving rules, Life Protection Rules LPR on Site.

Ensure and Follow up PTW and EPTW system compliance at site.

Ensure the Safe System of Work, ensuring HIRA Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments carried out for preparation as per the project activities.

Ensure to Conduct HSE Orientation at site mainly to UDs and new personnel arriving at site. Ensure that Personnel H2S Gas Monitor and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) / EEBA are available on site.

Ensure awareness on H2S Safety to new personnel arriving at site, mainly on H2S TLV, STEL, and IDLH etc.

To Carry out scheduled walkthrough with team and highlight and discuss HSE issues with team.

To review, interview and approve Contractors’ HSE Personnel.

To review, comment and approve Contractors/Subcontractors’ HSE Documents.

To involve in development of risk assessment with Contractors’ personnel and further to approve the same and ensure implementation of all additional control measure at site to avoid any unforeseen incident.

Participate & lead all the HSE activities, processes, communications and team in line with the company's HSE policies and procedures to ensure the desired level of safety, health and environment standards in the operations and projects.

Participate/ Lead (as it is required) with Contractor HSE, Subcontractors’ HSE Manager, Engineer, Site Safety Officer to perform all the HSE verification and inspection during Construction phase. In addition, advise on any reported potential threats or deviated operating and HSE conditions.

Organize the workload among the Sub cons’ teams to ensure balanced activities by the HSE inspection teams, allocate the responsibilities and mainly ensure to depute Site Safety Officer at site as per the criticality of work

Regular follow-up with Contractor/Subcontractors’ HSE personnel to ensure and depute site Safety Officer.

Ensure to aware all contractor/Sub Contractors’ crew with Safety Alert, lesson learnt for awareness.

Ensure to encourage crew to intervene on unsafe act/Condition in order to avoid any potential accidents.

Lead the daily/weekly communications for shift / operations updates to ensure consistent and timely information cascaded to Contractors/ Subcontractors’ HSE employees through weekly HSE Meeting.

Ensure to run Safety Campaign at site on Banned Tools, Electrical safety, Heat stress, Grinder Safety, Excavation Safety, Health and Hygiene of workers at site, Welfare facilities etc., for continuous awareness as per the nature of work.

Monitor the Subcontractors’ personnel and operations act to ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment standards in line with the company's HSE objectives and standards.

Plan and monitor the HSE’ visits, for regular or non-regular, and internal, to ensure the HSE MS Compliance all the time.

Ensure availability of all required fire safety, lifesaving, environment, and emergency equipment.

Specify the personal protection equipment requirements for all site employees and monitor the enforcement.

Tracking of HSE Observations register on weekly bases and ensure to take corrective actions on deviations.
