Experience:

Employer: Aristocrat Gaming

November 2022-October 2023

Senior PM concentrating on the EGM ordering process, shipment, installation and support.

My recent industry project experience revolved around streamlining the Electronic Gaming Machine ordering process and aligning the configuration build and support process. I was the senior technical IT PM lead for the project, addressing the ordering and configuration between various EGM platforms and products. I was the bridge between the Business leaders and the actual translation of the Requirements(s) to the story level. As the Technical PM, I worked with the Development teams and release management to adhere to a granular project timeline to build to dated milestones and the expected release schedule. Once we entered the delivery phase, I worked closely with the stakeholders and management covering on a granular level testing and reporting, and the final delivery of the product.

In terms of the external consumer, I worked closely with team resources to build the support process

after Go-Live-this included regular reporting of any live issues and mitigation, and the exact support

procedure. I worked with the build and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of the product.

An additional project in my portfolio, was the enhancement and rebuild of the product delivery process to the end consumer. This included working with a 3rd party vendor to implement a new shipment platform, based on Business and user criteria specifications, while ensuring Government and legal compliance. The entire process involved a specific transport scenario and variable shipping legal and physical constraints-all of these aspects were built into the delivery process and the user GUI and data integration. Process mapping was key, as well as scenario and product based training and learn by wire configuration.

Employer: British Petroleum

July 2021-June 2022

Senior PM for large portfolio of projects

•As a senior PM at British Petroleum, I concentrated on the BP consumer rewards program platform enhancement, the BPme mobile app upgrade, and the conversion to a new credit card provider for over 2 million users. Early in the feasibility discovery process, BP Business leadership had recognized the lack of market penetration of the rewards program in the targeted consumer market: a project was born to convert to a new card issuer and in parallel drive consumers to join the rewards platform, though incentives and enhanced offers to utilize the BP rewards program. The process began with the project KPIs, developed with a partnership forged with Business and Leadership, process and integration discovery, establishment of key timeline metrics and touch points for DEV and vendor integration, to the final cutover and platform Go- Live. My role included managing the discovery phase, building REQs, technical alignment between vendors, DEV teams and product owners, integration of the API process and data transfer. This project entailed many phases and integration points, governed by data and banking regulations, as well as the required information flow and visibility to the consumer; all technical items followed a precise and regulated path of data and process visibility and Business and marketing approval that required pinpoint PM management.

Employer: Rakuten Americas

Daily communication involved the daily DEV stand-up, process update for the IT team, and report on resource metrics to the business group.

I also acted as the liaison from IT to the CS/CX team in terms of external customer communication and awareness of future platform enhancements and development. As Rakuten moved to enhance their communication and product visibility to the client base, I was the point of contact between the external user(s) and the development effort.

Senior PM for Data Source Conversion

•Senor PM on a Data Source (ETL) conversion for a large Data group. Short term contract to facilitate the And manage the migration of multiple data source into a singular pipeline and database. I am establishing the KB team, utilizing in-house resources, ranging from engineering to DEV; our goal is to establish the initial framework for a dynamic tool that can be used to drive sales and allow the external customer to view certain KB artifacts and troubleshooting methodologies.

customer product solutions for new and existing hotels in the Americas. Managed the entire scope of each individual project from initial RFP to final implementation and support hand-off. Tracked and adjusted IT and hardware installation timelines, developed communication and project milestones with stakeholders and contract resources in-house and on site. Managed a full range of software and hardware integration and configuration challenges and live solutions.

The entire range of software and hardware challenges were met on a daily basis-from the initial IT integration to the software deployment run and point analysis, by addressing the underlying risk factors inherent in any customer data driven environment and the dependency on the variability of a network application.

Daily reporting was instrumental in keeping a close watch on network and customer variables-the sheer task of integrating with numerous customer platforms and custom application demanded a pinpoint task and reporting system. With feedback from the app itself and proactive case and process management, we were able to proactively anticipate a range of issues from OS updates to hotel platform issues. Consulted with Dev team to transition to the early stages of an agile environment. Within the Agile framework, I began to move the organization toward an agile methodology from pure dev structure to live customer service.

Employer: Weston IMP, Las Vegas, NV- Contract

February 2017-August 2017

Senior Project manager-Agile Consultant/Scrum Master.

•Senior PM and Agile consultant for retail App development and implementation. Scope ranged from back-end development to the kiosk information portal hardware integration.

As the senior PM on a new information kiosk and portal, my team was tasked with designing an entirely new user experience from the initial concept to the actual deployment in retail locations. Our charter was derived from user focus groups that had indicated a need for a more streamlined consumer self- information and checkout portal. The process took two paths: the actual Kiosk engineering, and the underlying software and integration

into the retailer ordering and inventory management system. My team was responsible for the dual coordination, final implementation, and user testing.

Customer surveys from post production continue to indicate a high rate of customer satisfaction with the new ordering system.

My role at Weston also included agile consultation to the project and development staff. The use of BDD methodology was used to streamline the development of the Kiosk information driven system. With the intense nature of the reward information API process, the exacting nature of the BDD process allowed the developers to construct and test each API iteration within the Agile process and address the needs of the overall business direction and requirements of the project. As the retail production and consumption was changing on a weekly basis for the business and consumer, the development staff needed the programming flexibility in a micro-iterative basis to provide key enhancements and upgrades to the code.

•Project manager on new hotel vendor implementation. Lead PM on vendor implementation and integration with LMS system. Lead PM for user experience testing and modification.

As the senior PM, I was responsible for vendor logistics property wide and coordination of all training,

and server deployment. My team worked with third party vendors to design, build, and implement all

required functionality for the guest experience, and the integration to the Hotel LMS system. I was responsible for all system coordination of the key property vendors, ranging from the VM system to the food and beverage systems. All of the user experience products required integration within the hotel LMS systems and ultimately the

accounting foundation.

•Scrum master on kiosk driven game implementation and ticket engine based on loyalty guest points.

As a CSM, I applied the Agile methodology within the software development team. I created and tracked the process within TFS, provided consistent project communication to the PM, product owner and development management. I also conducted and facilitated all Agile meetings and ceremonies, and began to introduce BDD methodology to the development and business group. The situation at Red Rock resorts was uniquely driven by a gaming environment, heavy regulation, and intense internal demand for limited IT resources. I introduced and fined tuned the Agile methodology to the stakeholders and development team, resulting in a more streamlined approach to software construct. On my scrum project teams, the Agile structure resulted in a more efficient programming approach, with calculable results. The daily stand-ups provided the feedback and direction the team needed on a continuing basis. Partnered development also enhanced the programming velocity of the team.

Employer: Weston IMP, FTE, Denver, CO

Feb. 2009 – June 2016

Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master.

•Scrum master for software development, overseeing multiple Agile teams working on several projects.

•Lead project role in multi-layer data imaging and reporting tool(s) development.

From requirements gathering, to final acceptance, I led projects as the senior PM with an emphasis and practical application of the agile methodology. These projects required the merging of traditional waterfall process with application of the Agile/Scrum methodology. At the high point, this project involved four distinct product teams, from development to internal and web deployment. A new internal HRIS application was also developed to aid in future HR and human resource deployment and tracking for intranet customers. I was the Senior PM and CSM on a multi-platform deployment of data integrity reporting system for the sports, retail, entertainment, and financial sector. This project involved the integration of sensitive and proprietary data, from multiple customer sources, utilizing multiple scanned sources, both manned and automated.

The resulting data and reports were delivered to internal users, and/or to external consumers via the web. As the CSM, I also facilitated agile team integration and work flow model for development, QA, and deployment teams. Weston had its roots in the traditional waterfall development and project strategy; I was the senior member of the team that implemented the Agile process and provided the resulting success to Weston management. From requirements to system implementation, the entire process had become more efficient.

Before the introduction of the Agile process and my team’s consistent guidance, Weston suffered from a lack of transparency and internal resource struggles. With real time stats and definable tasks, derived from user stories, the entire project became a unified collaborative response to the consumer need.
