This is a Therapeutic Foster Care agency. I take the initial intake and conduct a Standardized Comprehensive Assessment, Independent Living Plan, and the clients Supervision plan. The clientele consists of children from birth to the age of 18 unless the client recommits to the Cabinet. I ensure the 1293 and the CRP-7 are completed for the determination of level of care is correct. I oversee any crisis or emergency situations that arise. As a supervisor, I supervised Case Managers and ensure their work is completed and audited according to policy. Perform any other tasks assigned as needed. Run then daily operation. Review resume’s and hire perspective employees. Open up three other facilities and started filling their census up while running my main facility.

This is a forty-bed juvenile facility for adjudicated youth between 13- 19 years of age. The youth come to the facility for treatment and educational purposes. Each youth is assigned a counselor that will make an individual treatment plan for that youth and set-up specific treatment plans for SUD issues (Cannabis Youth Treatment). I was the counsellor for the education department at the facility. I am certified in Family Engagement, CYT, and Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Provider Certification. I maintained IVP, Individual Vocational Plan, for each resident. This plan coincides with their Individual Treatment Plan. I also work with each youth who enters the facility in the areas of Vocational and Life Skills. I was also responsible for their aftercare treatment and to ensure they are on track with their goals and tasks. I provided monthly counselling services to the youth in the facility.

This is a forty-bed sex offender specific juvenile facility for adjudicated youth between 13- 20 years of age. The treatment also consisted of SUD/AUD treatment. The youth come to the facility for Sexual specific treatment and educational purposes. They were adjudicated for a mandatory three years of treatment. I had a group of ten youth ranging from the ages of 13 to 20. I would do Cognitive Self Change groups and Cannabis Youth Treatment. I had to maintain three groups a week, one individual a week, and a family session monthly, as well as, Telephone calls weekly with the case worker and also family. All notes and groups were documented in the Juvenile Offender Record Information system for the State of Kentucky.
