(Government s office in charge of the public spaces in Mexico City) Responsible for the Public-Private Partnership Projects in Public Spaces for Mexico City’s Urban Development and Housing Ministry, planning and executing projects through 3 government programs and managing a 15 persons team for +400 projects. I improved the projects management, creating new processes, digitalizing the archive, opening communication channels for the socialization of projects and its coordination with other government instances.
