Conducted cognitive training for countywide employee training.

Created an automated database using Paradox for IPS. The program entered all chronological (case management) notes and kept track of all statistical information such as the time of contact, type of contact, and place of contact. This information was then polled by supervision to determine whether statutory requirements were being met as well as assuring employee productivity.
