Al Hael Ceramics, is a new Tile manufacturing company in Oman, produces Porcelain & Ceramic tiles in various sizes.

During the initial time, I have visited all the main distributors in Oman and made a detailed market study about the Brands, Sizes, Prices, Designs etc and submitted report to the management. As a team, Sales & Design department, we discussed with our designers and selected the designs required in the market.

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Positioning of the sanitary ware models display in all show rooms in co ordination with marketing department.

• Coordinate with production based on sales requirement and priority to get required material.

• Meeting customers and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

• Proposing the models to General Manager, about the products which can be discontinued from our range after analysing the country wise/model wise reports for the product life cycle management. Resolving customer complaints concerning products/service.

• Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.

• Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing.

• During the launching of SAP, played a key role in implementing SAP in Sanitary ware Sales department.
