Duties
1. Safe Transportation:
Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles, including trailers, ensuring they are in good
working condition
Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
Conduct daily vehicle checks, including fuel, oil, and water levels, brakes, lights, and tires, and
report any issues promptly
2. Transportation of Personnel and Materials:
Provide transportation for project staff, other authorized personnel, and materials to and from
project sites in urban and rural areas.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transportation
3. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
using vehicle log sheets
Keep a detailed fuel log sheet to track fuel consumption, receipts, and expenses
Ensure all required documents, including driver's license, vehicle registration, road taxes and
insurance, are up to date
4. Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, fuelling, and ensure that regular vehicle
servicing is done on assigned vehicle.
Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns to the Fleet Supervisor for repairs
5. Logistics Support:
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Achievements
1. As an Administrator, I have managed to reduce client complaints. This has been achieved
through constant communication with affected clients with a view to resolving their
problems.

1. I joined G4S secure solution as a Driver on 21st July 2011 and later promoted to a
Controller on 1st December 2011
2. As a controller, my duty is to monitor the alarm system signal and dispatch a vehicle
when where necessary.
3. I made sure alarm reported were compiled and sent to the General Manager.
4. Communication with clients was one of the tasks I carried out during this is role
successfully.
5. I also used to programme account numbers for the clients as client requested by
technician and clients.
