I am currently seeking employment and came across your posting for the Customer Support Representative on a job website. I would like to speak with HR Staff concerning my qualifications as I know that I will deliver competent work skills to your business and the company and I will both benefit from the results.

The strengths I would bring to this position include:

Remote Support: My current position is remote only. After our business closed due to COVID related issues and a developer purchased the land the entire Staff was forced to relocate. I have been utilizing my skills to assist fellow Staff with their issues and have had success with the results. If the troubleshooting does not correct the problem, I am able to further my assistance via remote access.

Technical Support: I have over 29 years of technical support experience (not all listed in resume). In my past employment I handled calls for hardware, software, network, and other department related technologies as needed.

Software: I provided assistance for departmental and outsourced software to Staff and enterprise Clients often doing research on my own and also testing to ensure that the results met Customers’ expectations. I assisted via phone, walkup, text and chat and also utilized remote desktop to aid clients with more in depth support.

Training: From the very beginning of my work experience I have provided instruction to other Staff and Customers regarding all aspects of computing. I have experience in furnishing information on new computer systems that I have set up for Customers as well as the programs that come with them or are installed at a later date. My Managers have asked me to provide presentations on changes and additions or updates to software.
