JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Dishwashing: properly pre-rinse, pre-soak, rinse, wash and sanitize each type of plate, silverware, pot, pan, utensil and glassware.
• Gallery Sanitation: Clean gallery after every meal.
• Assist with trash removal and disposal.
• Guest Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
• Escort guests to stateroom at start of cruise and assist in the handling of luggage.
• Participate in evening activities and in gallery tour as directed by Chef or Hotel Manager.
• Maybe asked to participate in the actual cooking, preparation or plate-up of food items as a member of the gallery team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Responsible for operating the dishwashers machine ensuring water temperature is correct and soap and drying agents are connected and working properly.
• Maintain organization of dishware, small wares, pots and pans in strange room.
• Responsible for cleaning the food production areas in the kitchen and restaurants including walls, floors and other areas as necessary.
• Responsible for removing garbage and recyclables from the kitchen and depositing them in the appropriate venue garbage and recycling area.
• Responsible for cleaning the kitchen equipment and ensuring items disassembled for cleaning are properly reassembled and operational.
