Summary of Experience
Eric’s experience includes all aspects of commercial and residential projects. His overseas assignment includes Urban Planning and Landscape design. With past projects, he has been responsible with staffing, conceptual design, design development, schematic design and construction administration. He has a vast knowledge in hotel, educational, office and research buildings, military housing, army and naval facilities, religious facilities, and residential design. Within the military scope, he conducted power point presentation to the wing commander of the base for Housing Reviews. On his recent endeavor, he supported the Parsons team in Dubai, UAE with an urban planning design charrette of a 17 million square foot district in the center of the city. The challenge was to extend an existing canal to a new canal edge with pedestrian walkways, shops, hotels, residential living and constructability issues pertaining to the redevelopment of new neighborhoods in Dubai.
While living in Buda, Texas, Eric was a part time Adjunct Instructor at Austin Community College where he taught two Interior Design classes for 7 years. He also sat on the City Council Board for the Sustainability Commission in Buda. Furthermore, Eric has been educating young children about architecture in the community through Career Day in neighboring elementary schools.
