HR Manager over PO’s largest plant globally. Tier 1 automotive supplier to BMW and Volvo. KPI reporting daily and weekly to senior management. Responsible for 2 HRBPs, 2 HR admins and training specialists. Directly responsible for employee relations, training, recruiting, FMLA, STD, LTD, WC, onboarding/orientation, expat management and plant manning. Manage all activities for recruiting of exempt and non-exempt employees in all departments. Attending recruiting fairs both local and national. Daily GEMBA walks, monthly company events and safety improvements were also on the normal agenda. Launched several programs and reduced the plant headcount by 100 employees with improved production capacities. Also responsible for UKG/KRONOS/ADP payroll resolutions. Multi-Site Sr. HR & Training manager for North American Academy development for a global automotive supplier in multiple sites & states. Scope included execution of global strategies and the development and implementation of local training solutions for eight plants in the U.S. and Mexico and corporate offices in Auburn Hills, MI. Responsible for all areas of employee relations, recruiting, apprenticeships, co-op/intern programs, training and development.
