Senior UX Researcher — Bayer

Saint Louis, Missouri August 2022-Present

● Working in the Design Studio in the Crop Science Platform partnering with platform leadership, product management, design strategists, UX product designers, and developers across these teams to move digital products forward using lean Agile workflows, human centered design, and design thinking strategies.

● Leading UX Research efforts across Launch Excellence, Customer Partners, Vegetable Marketing, E2E financial management, and Channel Seedsman, Bayer’s white glove service of row crop ordering and delivery.

● Requested by leadership to lead and facilitate UX Research for Channel Seedsman, a high priority project with a fast pace and tight deadline.

● Prepared materials, recruited for sessions, facilitated usability testing of the new digital prototype, and reported the findings from 10 users to our 30+ business stakeholders.
