As a Document Controller Manager in a construction company, my role is crucial in maintaining efficient document management and

control throughout the various stages of construction projects. my duties and responsibilities typically include:

Document Control System Management: Establishing and maintaining an effective document control system that complies with the company's standards and industry regulations. This system should ensure that all project-related documentation is properly organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.

Document Management Procedures: Developing and implementing document management procedures to guide the creation, review, approval, distribution, and retention of project documents. Ensuring that all team members follow these procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in the documentation.

Document Review and Approval: Coordinating the review and approval process for various project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other important records. Ensuring that documents are reviewed by the relevant stakeholders, and obtaining necessary approvals before distribution.

Version Control: Managing document versions and revisions to avoid confusion and discrepancies. Maintaining a clear record of changes made to documents and controlling access to older versions when necessary.

Document Distribution: Facilitating the distribution of approved documents to the appropriate parties, such as contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. Ensuring that the right individuals receive the correct and up-to-date documentation.

Document Tracking: Implementing tracking mechanisms to monitor the status of documents throughout the project lifecycle. This involves keeping records of document movements, including receipt, distribution, and return.

Electronic Document Management: Overseeing the use of electronic document management systems (DMS) or other relevant software to store and manage project documents efficiently. Ensuring that team members are trained in using the DMS effectively.

Document Archiving: Developing an archiving process to maintain a repository of completed projects' documents for future reference, regulatory compliance, and potential legal requirements.

Quality Control: Ensuring that all project documents meet the company's quality standards and are free from errors or omissions. This includes conducting periodic audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of the documentation.

Training and Support: Providing training and support to project team members on document control procedures and systems. This ensures that everyone involved in the project understands their responsibilities and follows the established protocols.

Document Retrieval and Retrieval: Assisting in the retrieval of documents when required, particularly during audits, inspections, or in response to requests from authorities or stakeholders.

Project Description and main objectives

A challenging service position in Document Controller/ Project Coordinate that allows for optimum utilization of my inherent strength and acquired experience with scope for learning and growth.

Activities and responsibilities:

Implementation and use of Electronic Document Management systems including data entry, reporting and analysis, in-house systems and customer specified.

Maintains the proper drawing distribution, documents archiving and flow of drawing revision accordingly.

Maintaining up to date filing system and handling confidential documents, handling general inward / onward mail.

Coordinating with Vendor and follow-up.

Preparation of project Dossier and closeout procedures as per the client requirements.

Assisting to QMR for all Quality Related Work.

Assisting to preparation of All Documentation related to QA/QC (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical).

Coordinate with all departments for gathering and transmitting required information and follow-up.

Data entry and filling with central filling system.

2005 – 2006 – US ARMY Base Iraq

CSA / Warehouse Assistance – EUREST SUPPORT SERVICE WORLDWIDE

Project Description

Jan. 2004 to April 2005 employed as a CSA/Warehouse Assistance in the largest military base of United State of American Army Iraq providing around 7000 meal per day responsible for a day to day management of multinational team covering all aspects of catering function and also responsibility for menu planning staff, roosting, health & safety and cost control.

Activities and responsibilities:

Ability to work under pressure and ready to work long hours to archive the target.

Ability to do food production manager routine work independently.

Co-ordinate with the head chef, manager and other staff.

Briefing all staff about food hygienic, how to do food safe and hygienic, briefing about food contamination, personal hygienic first aid fire safety.

Having a good communication.

Perform any other job that may be required from time to time.
