Freelance Creative, DNIGH STUDIO, LLC March 2023 to Present Vice President, Group Creative Director at Upshot 2015 to February 2022 Constellation Brands I lead Beer and Wine portfolio of Constellation Brands, which consists of major Mexican import beers; Corona, Modelo Especial, Pacifico, Victoria, as well as their growing and aggresive entry into market of line extensions and alt beverage category; Seltzers, Micheladas, and flavored malt beverages. In addition to the mexican portfolio, our scope has also included new brands like Two Lane (collab with Country Music star Luke Bryan), Funky Buddha, and Four Corners. On the wine side of portfolio, our tasks have been focused on Kim Crawford, Wood- bridge, Robert Mondavi, and Ruffino. I’ve had the pleasure of developing and working with a team of roughly 20 extremely talented creative individuals, guiding thinking specific to Constellation’s National Trade Marketing initiatives; seasonal consumer retail activation, shopper and customer/channel programs, eComm and digital extensions including ground up go-to markets, local and field activation, events, and in-venue advertising and environmental experiences. specific highlights

• grew Upshot team alongside Constellation’s marketing team; historically a ‘sales’ organization, Constella- tion’s marketing dept was less than 10-20 people, and now they are fully fortified; Upshot has been integral in partnering with them to approach the trade side like marketers and not sales people

• elevated the perception of trade initiatives and Upshot’s value, in the IMC landscape, looked to as a strategic partner by clients and other agency partners in annual planning environment, and sought out by client side for internal strategic projects— shifting perceptions of agency ‘value-add’

• secured internal investment into eComm and Shopper media programming within Constellation’s market- ing team, working with my Account counterpart over past 2+ years, and proving out value of eComm and customer focused ads, client now has a $1 million + budget to invest toward eComm and Shopper exclusive programming; consistently activating with customers Target, Walmart, & Albertsons

• recognized for developing ‘best in class’ National activations, including; first ever sustainable Summer pro- gram for Corona focused on cleaning up beaches, clever engagements for Corona Football and the Hotline featuring Tony Romo, unque AR experiences for both Modelo and Victoria Dia de Los Muertos, and ‘Domes- tic Beer’ envious event activation for Pacifico US Open of Surfing. Kum & Go convenience lead campaign development for Kum & Go‘s ‘mobile fuel pay’ push, with ideation and execution centered around print and broadcast during winter season Core Power/Fairlife Milk took over leading AOR work for Fairlife’s Core Power protein drink campaigns; centered around the platform of ‘Find Your Awesome’, we launched and executed two iterations of this campaign, including print, digital, and broadcast featuring Olympic athletes Simone Biles, and speed skater JR Celski, including a prime time spot

Working tightly with other partner agencies, our work often worked ‘store-up’ influencing messaging in national campaign and broadcast support specific highlights
