Employer: Alliant Aug 2023-Present ;part time Receptionist/Admin Asst. Company is an insurance broker. My duties are process commision checks, light phones,scanning, copying and distribution of mail through email and enter into benefit zone in computer,order supplies, in charge of copier and all office machine repair. Order breakroom supplies and upkeep. Open mail and process check into Excel file.Take care of packages as needed. This office all employees except accounting work from home. I come in daily from 11:00am - 3:00pm. I am seeking employment closer to home.
