SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Interior and Exterior Building Maintenance Duties

● HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, lighting, etc.

● Perform major and minor maintenance requests from residents (service requests/work orders)

● 24 hour on call / emergency maintenance performed

● Pool & spa maintenance

● Repairs & maintenance of vacant apartments

● Move in/out inspections

● Inspections for property sales

Grounds Maintenance Duties

● Snow/ice removal

● Sprinkler maintenance/repairs

● Parking/breezeway blowouts

● Trash pick-up

● Power washing

Education/Skills

● Over 20 years in the maintenance field

● CPO & HVAC Certified

● Camden College (In house maintenance courses)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work independently and as a team player

● Maintenance Shop Inventory/Vendor Scheduling

● Keytrak/Rentroll
