Rolls and Responsibilities

Involved three stages of inspection IQC, IPQC, OQC

Inspection of all incoming electrical and electronic components which was used for production with Testing procedures.

Various testing instruments are used to test the incoming materials like IR meter, HV tester, IC tester, Agilent multi meter, LCR meter, Portable reference source, Vernier, Screw gauge

Inspection of fabrication panel with approved mechanical drawing and powder coating inspection of fabricated panels in the plant.

Final testing and inspection of all Power measuring meters, Demand controllers, static meters ( single phase & three phase ), PF controllers, Trivector meters, Multifunction transducers and Process measuring instruments with IS / IEC standards and preparing operating manual in Page maker software.

Testing of Energy Management System with various communication protocols

(Modbus / Profibus / RJ45/Wifi )

Analyzing the defects and failures of products through Monthly Process and Rework report with BAR chart and LINE chart

Frequently interacting with production department to ensure the flow of working and verification of Conformal coating test(CTC) and Locktite coating test, verification of ESD wrist, Oven test and operator knowledge of product to avoid the defects in middle stage

Preparing Quality Manual, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Work instructions, Testing procedures and quality record format as per the QSP for final and in process quality

Preparing check list to inspect the finished products and collecting the product rework / service data from service department and preparing CAPA report.

Periodic follow up for Calibration of Measuring & Monitoring Devices (MMR).

In process inspection and witnessing pre production works like Oven test, Burn in test, Soak test, Meggar test & HV test.

Customer complaints can be resolved immediately after discussion with our technical team.

Maintain ISO records and documentation.

Supporting internal and External Audit work (Process & Product). WORK EXPERIENCE :
