PROJECTS

Bench Project — Corta Camp, Gonzales, CA.

In order to achieve the Eagle Scout Rank, I had to plan out and complete a project that would benefit the people at greater large. I have decided to build some portable benches for the people at one of the local labor camps in my hometown since the place seemed a little sad. At the end of it, it was well worth it since the residents enjoyed the final outcome and were greatly satisfied with the project.

Holiday Lighting Event — Gonzales, CA

Out of the five years of serving the Youth Council, one of the most commemorable projects that I lead and planned was the Holiday Lighting event in Gonzales. I organized the high school jazz band to come to play, local police officers to interact with the youth and their activities, with the help of the other Youth Council members also created some fun minigames and provided hot chocolate and cookies for everyone that had attended. When the time came, we all turned on the power and saw all of the amazing lights sparkle up in the night sky.
