Drivers Helper, H6Logistics/Amazon; Jacksonville, Florida — 2022 — Present

1) Successfully delivering packages to customers:

a) Delivery Completion: requires that the Packages tendered to you are delivered to customers as specified within the Amazon delivery app.

b) Late deliveries: Amazon requires that you deliver the Packages on time in accordance with Amazon’s specifications. Unless specified otherwise in the Amazon delivery app, you must deliver all Packages by 9pm (local time) on the day they are tendered to your delivery.

c) Packages marked as delivered that the customer does not receive: If you make an unattended delivery, Amazon expects that the customer will find and receive the Package(s).

d) Un-attempted or undeliverable Packages not returned to Amazon in a timely manner: In instances where delivery is not possible, you must return all undelivered Packages tendered to your route to Amazon that day, unless otherwise instructed (in writing) by Amazon.

b) Following instructions: you must follow the delivery instructions in the Amazon delivery app or otherwise provided by a customer as long as the customer’s instructions are reasonable and are not inconsistent with safety standards or applicable Law.

c) Providing reasonable care of Packages: you must handle all Packages with care, including not tossing, throwing, slamming, kicking, flipping, shaking, leaving in the rain and/or elements, or otherwise handling Packages in any way that may damage or could be perceived as damaging the Package or its contents or customer property.

•Unloads, inspects, counts, and signs for inbound packages and skids from carriers;

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75+ pounds while doing so. Very attentive and hardworking. I have no problem adapting to work duties or conditions. Knowledge of picking, packing, Order filling, inspect property and merchandise, installing products, drywalling, flooring, entry level plumbing, and great customer service.
