Aldi, Bloomington, Indiana – General Manager of all store operations, daily tasks, inventory management, scheduling, budgetary monitoring, interpersonal discussions and general human resource guidance, policy adherence and training. Evaluated and determined hiring and dismissal statuses and led bi-monthly store meetings, as well as general store maintenance upkeep and requests. General oversight of all daily operations and administrative duties.

Assistant Store Manager (January 2020 – January 2023)

Aldi, Bloomington, Indiana – midlevel management position responsible for leading the team in stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and organizing the store and inventory daily.
