Then I was Site Supervisor at the Aloft Hotels Allied Universal has the Denver contracts in 2021. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention set in motion to separate homeless to try to control the spread of COVID-19. As Site Supervisor of a security team, I scheduled my officers shifts and times. Kept record of compliance and policy through Helius application. I drew out a floor plan of this site to set NFC tags to record and keep track of time, location and report anything of significance. The information was shareable in the dashboard to management and Allied Universal. Patrols were hourly and recorded by daily activities report and Helius. The contract ended. I then became a Security Operations Center officer and patrol for Charles Schwab. Charles Schwab's properties are monitored on several CCTVS. Charles Schwab is a worldwide company. Security at this site is incharge of monitoring weather conditions, all alarm systems, badging history, access control and to keep consistent communication with the other SOC headquarters to keep properties running safely. On the physical site in Aurora CO I Patrol three huge garages, inspect MDT, MPOE, IT infrastructure, electrical rooms for damage, temperature or leaks. Everything is reported and recorded on a daily activities report in the Security Operations Center. I would also act as a security Operations Center officer and run the SOC Security Operations Center Officer

ALLIED UNIVERSAL/HSS/Denver Water

December 2016 to December 2021

Hired on as armed security. Was given the opportunity to be a Quality Control Rover Inspection Officer for two months inspected properties of Denver Water, condition, potential access points along perimeter. Spent both Hss and Allied Universals contracts as the Security Operations Center officer. This was the headquarters for Denver Water. Denver Water properties are covered with CCTVS cameras. Monitoring those was constant. All Denver Water properties reported important information damage, deliveries, Police or Fire Department on site visitors on day to day list. SOC operator will then put all the information into the computer, send work order tickets, maintain daily activities reports send corresponding emails with reporting information and incident reports. SOC operator is to delicate what action is needed to take place and the knowledge of the correct person to contact for the property issues. Access control was badge reader only. That included the properties of Denver Water. Visitors could do business in main building for certain customer service. Everyone else had to verified. No contractors, construction personnel or unknown individuals would be allowed on any sites unless permitted by list sent from management. Patrols were every hour by foot and security vehicles that were supplied by Denver Water. Operation Coordinator

I was there for guidance and support. In pursuing a better solution and situation in the mission asked of Salvation Army through the CDC to separate the homeless community during the beginning of COVID.
