Work as a OSP Engineer, responsible for the design of inside/outside plant facilities; which will include cable (copper, fiber), equipment (cabinets, cross-connects, terminals), facilities - either Microsoft tools or by using client-designated Software per the contract requisites. Handling the permits requirement/as well as obtaining requirements or information as it pertains to Right of Way. Producing a complete job package as per the contracted work specifications.

Design the fiber optic layout for RF networks from equipment room to field construction for enterprise cell tower.

Development of OSP planning and design documentation. Design, provision, document, and direct Outside Plant Copper and Fiber Optic cable (UG, Aerial, Buried) and manhole and conduit design.

Perform Shelter / Rooftop Site Survey for Light/Detailed Site Walk and create the Meet Point Document (MPD) and create Scope of Work (SOW).

Performed site surveys for existing facilities and RF data collection by using JDSU, Tems. Nemo Software based on drive testing methodology. Drive Test Experience includes; Stationary Tests, for Alpha, Beta, & Gamma. LTE to UMTS testing (IRAT), Reselection, Cluster Drive, and Market Drive Optimization.

Collect both PCTEL Scanner and UE Data (SC, RSCP and RSSI) for all the detected cells and post processing the drive data.

Data collection experience includes; Stationary Tests, for Alpha, Beta, & Gamma. LTE Cluster Drive, and Market Drive Optimization, and dual band data collection.

Performed Stationary test at the cell sites to check/verify the throughput (DL/UL).

Pre and Post processing the drive for cluster drive and site ATP for 4G.
