I established this new company with some of the biggest Retailers in the US and Canada. I provided direction and assistance in the design and development of marketable and newly created consumer products that are currently being produced. I also paired this company with some of the TOP Independent Rep organizations for maximum customer exposure and product growth.

Key Accomplishments:

Hired and developed a direct in house sales staff which provided a more direct and comprehensive sales and marketing direction. Upon the completion and implementation of this new direction, sales rose from 4.5 million in 2017, to 12 million in 2018, and 18 million in 2019. We were able to maintained sales through 2020 with direct consumer marketing.

Established a Sales network to bring the developed products to key US and Canadian customers. CRM Software and systems fully Utilized

Worked with the Factories to develop specific products being requested by current customers.

Established Key distribution both East and West to better serve the JIT requirements of our customers.

After establishing this network of sales, marketing, and distribution our sales have exceeded ALL Sales Goals and Growth Expectations.

I was retained by this company to create and establish a sales and marketing network for their products being manufactured in Asia. These products are currently being directed to the top manufactures here in the US as well as Canada. Additionally, I provide direction and assistance in the design and development of marketable and newly created products that are currently being produced. I also paired this company with some of the TOP Independent Rep organizations for maximum customer exposure and product growth. Using SaaS software systems we were able to join our in house Sales Force and our independent Sales force to better direct their efforts to capture additional Retail and direct consumer opportunities.

Ameriwest was a new start-up consumer products company. I established and directed the sales, marketing, and operational efforts for both corporate (Andus) and the new start-up consumer products division (Ameriwest). Set company-wide sales objectives and put into action the directional plan to reach those objectives for both companies. Re-directed the companies’ current business in OEM related products which increased current sales and established new business opportunities.

Created an all-new Consumer Products Company with the development of products which dramatically exceeded Function, Fashion, and Quality of current market competitors! Also set up a full online direct consumer Web Site and store which exceeded all company goals and expectations. In the development of the consumer products division, products were developed in the Hard Goods, Soft Goods, and Specialty product categories. In each of these categories proprietary products were created to establish this new company as a viable and fashion forward supplier.

Key Accomplishments:

Wrote 45 page business plan to establish newly created consumer products division as a viable entity within each industry.

Created 11 products and concepts in total which were unique enough to receive United States Utility Federal Patents for function, style, and design.

Established fully finished K/D furniture products setting new industry standards for quality and product assembly (Concepts Patented). Sales for the consumer products division exceeded 10 million in 2004, 25 million in 2008, and 60 million in 2013.

Responsible for P&L, Operations, Management and National Distribution Procedures. Exceeded all goals and objectives for corporate and division entities.

Worked with the president to develop a sale and marketing plan that provided an opportunity to establish this new start-up company with many of the largest retailers across the country. As a result of a total group effort made by a select number of individuals, this company after a little more than two years in business had a successful public offering exceeding 42 million dollars.

Key Accomplishments:

Provided Strategic plan to achieve company goals and sales objectives.

Retained many of the Top Independent Rep organizations to work with customers in the Home Center, Furniture, Office Supply, Electronics, Giftware, Toys-Plush, Grocery, Drug, and Specialty segments of the consumer retail community.

I worked directly with many of the Top retailers across the US. These would include Sears, Penney’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s, Fred Meyer, Meijer, Create & Barrel, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Canadian Tire, Home Outfitters, and many others.

Instrumental in developing packaging and product diversity for each segment of distribution.

Sales exceeded 500 million with a direct responsibility exceeding 70 million.

In the past 25+ years I have held positions as Divisional President, General Manager, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. These positions have given me the opportunity to develop and implement the sales, marketing, and operational direction for the companies I’ve been associated with. My positions have also allowed me to work with many of the largest big box customers across the country. These would include Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Sam’s, Amazon, Nexcom, Aafes, BJ’s Wholesale, Best Buy, CVS, Kroger, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Federated, Dillard’s, JC Penney, CTC, Home Outfitters and many others. I have been traveling extensively for the past 25 years, which has been instrumental in generating the growth and success for these companies. Responsibilities have included P&L, internal and external operations, marketing, creating an in house sales staff, and the development of independent sales representation.

I have also worked with many major customers both domestically and in the Far East on the development of newly designed proprietary products and complete product programs while at the offices and factories in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. I have been working with customers in the Far East at supporting factories since 1988. The experience working in the Far East can be a tremendous asset to any company that I am associated with. I am a hands on individual that is driven to exceed all short and long term goals. One that looks upon business that is beneficial and profitable for both the company and the customer.
