In 2010 I was appointed vice dean of the college of Education, sciences, and Arts, for the academic affairs, Sana'a University, Marib province branch. When I assumed the responsibilities of the vice deanship of the College for Academic affairs, I had to work out so many problems facing the College by then, since it was newly established, 2007. At the end of the year 2012, I was appointed Dean of the community College in the Province of Mahaweet with the continuation of teaching at the College of Education, University of Sana'a. Being Dean of the College provided me rich and practical administrative and academic experiences and new skills, particularly planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of various aspects and tasks within and out of the College in the most difficult conditions and circumstances.

In addition to dealing with academic and administrative staff as well as students' affairs who numbered 1,000 students, as the Dean of the College I had to work out many problems that faced the College. The College Management is not limited to academic, administrative, and students' affairs aspects, but also the financial one where it was necessary to put a financial budget that meets all the requirements and necessities needed to keep the College going.
