• Deployed a cloud strategy and moved the email system to Office 365, migrated the core application to a vendor-hosted cloud, implemented a cloud-based loan origination system, and migrated the online banking application to a new platform hosted in AWS.

• Migrated onsite phone system and contact center solution to cloud-based RingCentral.

• Cloud strategy reduced the number of onsite virtual machines from 375 to 80.
