KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. providing excellent service to customers in terms of ticketing reservations and WB products to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
II. Make and confirm reservations for passengers; issue tickets and quote correct fare to reduce passenger complaints and debit notes; advise passengers on changes in flight plan or to cancel or confirm reservations.
