Manager of the Business Information Center (BIC) a resource center and focal point of the organization as a CDFI for prospective clients and aspiring entrepreneurs. I effectively leveraged resources including commercial bankers, SCORE mentors and an on-site computer center resulting in a 100 percent increase in educational offerings and workshop presentations for prospective and existing clients.
