Attendance implementation. Managing relationship with I solved team. Utilized iSolved

University for courses, articles and any new updates on ACA information.

• Unemployment compensation and all correspondence with the Department of Labor.

• Administers employee health and safety programs including Cobra administration Answer benefits questions for managers and employees, as well as assisting with problem solving. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve problems and clarify benefits. Assist with annual benefits renewals, including enrollment procedures. Present benefits open enrollment meetings.

• Knowledge of all applicable EEOC, Federal and State laws and regulations.

• Maintains records and compiles reports concerning personnel activity for affirmative action reporting, I-9 compliance, OSHA compliance and other regulatory requirements.
