Accomplished and innovative Videographer/Editor with professional training and seven years of hands-on experience, making a variety of short and long videos, from concept to completion. My training and experience have prepared me to produce professional grade products that engage and entertain the viewer. A Photographic Memory – Videographer/Photographer 2023 I work to capture the magic of weddings through the eye of my camera. As a videographer and photographer, the challenges of this work have led me to try new approaches and engage in a lot of creative problem solving. Teamwork is key to a successful engagement and I have learned to anticipate problems that arise in shooting live action. My goal is to be invisible and capture the heartfelt and joyous moments as they happen.
Maine Media Workshops and College - Full Time Teaching Assistant Spring 2022- Oct. 2022 In my role, I insured all students had the equipment they needed for a shoot each day. This included preparing lighting and audio equipment, various cameras, and any additional gear used on set. Additionally, I worked closely with the instructors, all of them industry professionals, to ensure they had everything they needed to teach. Preparation and organization were very important to allow the film classes to go smoothly each day. Also, I filmed the students so their work could be critiqued by the class and ultimately, viewed by Maine Media sponsors. This was a time-limited position as Teaching Assistants are not used during the winter months.
