• Contracted by a leading Health Provider operating in multiple states to analyze invoices and other financial documents to verify they meet FEMA guidelines to be reimbursed for a COVID-19 refund. Collaborated with management, project managers, and remote teams to complete the analysis within eight weeks.

• Contracted by a commercial property management company to audit current and old contracts. Update their database, verify payments posted correctly by reviewing banking statements, and ensure client accounts are accurate.

• Contracted by multiple manufacturing (Mfg.) companies to manage their struggling business and overcome insolvency through financial and management reorganization. This was accomplished by collaborating and teaming with staff, department heads, upper management, owners, and shareholders to conduct detailed reviews of current company operations and financials, identifying procedural and operational issues, updating accounting programs, and entering multiple years of data. • Controller for a prominent construction company that owned eight (8) companies, where I oversaw the accounting, financing, and project management. Oversaw the compilation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financials.

• Turned an insolvent window manufacturing company into a profitable company. Negotiated vendor terms and repayment arrangements, collected past-due receivables, reorganized the accounting department, found financing for a new installation department, and restructured the manufacturing plant. We were turning a profit and brought all vendors back into terms within six (6) months of reopening doors.
