EXPERIENCE:

Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharma R&D March 2020 to Present Project Manager for Hargrove assigned to BMS Engineering Department in Life Science Performed the daily management, supervision and coordination of accelerated construction projects involving occupied GMP and Non-GMP spaces in a Research/ Development and Manufacturing environment. Met time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Projects included a series of lab renovations, a gas expansion project for GMP, security project, roof safety fall protection and modifications at loading dock adjacent to GMP space. I also had the opportunity to managed overall swing space move for three science departments to a remote location to allow for campus wide renovation. The swing space project was exiting to me because I had a chance to first meet with the stakeholders to discuss their operational needs prior to conceptual design. A/E Firms were selected to outline the basis of design. Multiple sessions with key individuals were held to discuss and mitigate the risks identified through various gap assessments.

• 7 Powder Horn Warren Campus: PM Engineer on assignment for overseeing a loading dock upgrade, a roof safety project, a security project, an infill and office space with special requirements for occupied lab space, a Gas expansion project within GMP space and a fit-out of Ancillary lab space to complete the project.

• Remote Swing Space Location: PM on assignment for accelerated demolition/renovation of 30,000 sq. ft of lab and office space with special requirements from the lab groups, that moves occurs in phases. The move involved decommissioning and recommissioning/validating approximately 200 pieces of scientific equipment. I met and collaborated with Facilities, EHS, ECQ, QC, QA and supporting vendors on a staggered approach for equipment moves which involved 8 phases. Additional scope of work included the fit-out for a Mothers Room and All Gender Bathroom to complete the project. Performed the daily management, supervision and coordination of accelerated construction projects involving occupied buildings. Exceeded time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Projects included a series of lab demolition/renovations, ATC replacement and roof replacements throughout several BMS campuses.

• Hopewell Campus: CM II for accelerated demolition/renovation of multiple large spaces of more than 50,000 sq. ft of existing lab and office space with special requirements for occupied lab space. Additional scope of work included an added fit-out of lab space to complete the project.

• New Brunswick Campus: CM II for Drug Delivery Innovation Center demolition/renovation and fit-out of 9,200 sq. ft of lab space and an analytical lab of 3,600 sq. ft while adjacent spaces were occupied. Remove/replace 43,000 sq. ft of roofing from a two-story building. Remove/replace 6,000 sq. ft of roofing from a single-story building corridor link. Solicit for bid recommendation for mechanical spaces to support laboratories and for fitness center scope development. Page 2 of 2

Managed and supervised organizational operations daily for a staff including vendors and contractors. Responsibilities included chairing meetings, resourcing, sales, purchasing, contract administration, disputes, and claims. Spearheaded projects involving new construction, remediation restoration and modernization; coordinating, and assessing information specifically to meet the requirements of each project.

Project manager responsibility for life cycle of project. Managed a single prime project base contract valued at $35 MM for a five-story state of the art higher education building including a simulated hospital floor.

• Renegotiated a broad array of change orders down from $10 MM to $5 MM.

• Completed construction 4 months ahead of schedule.

• Directed and organized all parties, meeting budgets and managed life cycle of projects.

Site Manager - North Brunswick Board of Education

Managed a multi-prime project having a base contract value of $30 MM involving seven prime contractors. Project involved the construction, renovation and an addition to an existing high school, while occupied.

• Implemented significant remediation of unexpected hazardous waste.
