Application Specialist II (Changed to Technology Specialist 2023) - Stanislaus County (HSA) — March 2007 to Present _

Provide Support to Clinics & Departments with over 400 Desktops, Laptops, Wyse Terminals, iPads, other Peripherals and VOIP Phones. Manage computer equipment upgrade projects, extensive department moves, throughout the agency, closed down clinics

(TMO, CMO, HMO), and Support mobile clinics since 2020 for COVID, continues. Key Contributions:

• Hardware upgrades (new computers, laptops, ipads printers, Multi-Function Printers and voip phones) Configure, Setup, plan/coordinate, and deploy

Moves –In Charge of these Projects (CMO -HMO-TMO)inventory, equipment onsite, determined what to keep and equipment to salvage, coordinate, plan with clinic managers. Organize team of staff to assist and pull out equipment storage at a main site. Followed with transfer, keep equipment paperwork, include cost center, s/n and asset numbers of every single devices located in these clinics. • Inventory (a full time job in itself)

– organize, identify/maintain, priorities new/old equipment identify Asset to be salvage o Lookup assets in Oracle, to identify cost center/dept etc o Fillout Paperwork for Asset to be Salvage o Forward paperwork to asset department manager o Saved/Returned Final Form from Finance Dept to Asset Folder o Pull Asset Salvage Devices from location/Dept, (change status in Service Desk) etc o Place salvage sticker on old salvage assets o Remove data/ hard drive, Ram etc

o All steps documented on SD Ticket for individual Dispose assets easier to track down for yearly inventory o Palletize old equipment, paperwork/process is time consuming

• Worked within AD, AUPs, Transfers, policy groups, New employees access request,
