WATERFRONT TORONTO 2022 - Present

• Returned to Waterfront Toronto on a short-term contract to assist with administrative duties due to a staffing shortage. The role has progressed and I continue to support as needed.

• Provide administrative support and scheduling to the Chief Development Officer and the entire Development team and Communications team. Due to my work experience and institutional knowledge and skillset, I provide coverage for the Executive Assistant to the CEO during absences when necessary.

• Manage several complex calendars and schedule various meetings with internal and external parties. Take minutes at team meetings and ensure they are distributed in a timely fashion.

• Currently coordinating the clean up of several hard copy files to be scanned and saved in SharePoint

Corporate Secretary & Executive Assistant to the President & CEO WATERFRONT TORONTO 2002 - 2020

• Hired by the Chairman of the Corporation to act as the Office Manager to organize and set up the new office as well as to act as the Corporate Secretary.

• Over time this position evolved into the role of Executive Assistant to the President and CEO as well as acting in the capacity of Corporate Secretary.

• In 2007, after five years of performing a dual role, my position was split and I carried on officially as the Corporate Secretary while continuing to work closely with the CEO. 2

• Duties included scheduling monthly Board meetings and Board Committee meetings, coordinating the logistics of the Board meetings, preparation of Board/Committee materials for each meeting, taking minutes at the meetings and acting as the liaison to the Board members.

• In 2010, re-assumed the duties of the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO.

• Duties included fielding inquiries, effective time management of the CEO's calendar, arranging meetings and travel arrangements, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Executive Assistant to the President

OLYMPIC SPORTS & WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT AGENCY 1999 – 2002

• Provided administrative support to an agency set up by the provincial government to support the private sector in their quest for a successful bid for the 2008 Olympics. Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs CANADIAN HIGHWAYS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION 1995 – 1999

• Responsibilities included various administrative duties as well as the organization of all special functions such as large conferences in which the company was participating, helicopter and bus tours of the new highway.

• The Corporate Affairs department produced all “Powerpoint” presentations when Canadian Highways was asked to present to various organizations and lent a helping hand to the extensive process of putting a proposal together when bidding on new work. Program Coordinator

CELEBRITY CRUISES, INC. 1992 - 1995

• Joining the newest addition to the company’s fleet of ships, I created all of the ship’s documents and templates.

• When the ship commenced sailing with passengers, my duties included providing administrative support to the Captain, Hotel Manager, Staff Captain and Chief Engineer (the four Senior Officers aboard the vessel).

• Working closely with the Cruise Director we produced a “Daily Program” of activities in four languages for a 2-week itinerary.

• Processed all “Passenger Comment Forms” (averaging approx. 1,200 weekly) in order to produce a

“Comment Analysis Printout”.

• A varied daily schedule included approximately 15 hours per day, seven days per week and “on call” at all times.

• I completed 5 consecutive contracts (varying from 3 to 10 months each) with Celebrity Cruises, Inc. on the various ships of their fleet. Between contracts, I did a variety of temporary office jobs.
